Return & Refund Policy – Bite & Beyond

We want you to love everything from Bite & Beyond. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Food products must be sealed and unexpired.

  • Cost of Returns (courier fee) will be shouldered by receiver.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used food / non-foods items

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards | Voucher


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@angelspeanutbutter.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.


Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).


Exchanges

Need a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
